Justin has previously worked with several charitable organizations, such as the Youth Renewal Fund and the ACE Foundation.
Justin currently works as an investor at Millennium Management.

KAZZ ALEXANDER
PINKARD
Kazz is an experienced executive with 20 years of experience in non-profit management and education.
Before joining HTB, he served as the Chief Program Officer at the The Boys' Club of New York and as Deputy Director at Ramapo For Children.
Kazz holds a B.A. in history and has also earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Virginia, as well post-graduate certificates from Fordham University, Baruch College and NYU.
As an independent consultant, Kazz founded Teachable NYC, an organization whose mission is to help support the creation of diverse and inclusive programs for children.

Victor-Lawrence Boadum is a proud resident of Harlem
He was previously involved with several charitable organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership organization
Victor earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Victor is a Senior Manager of ESG - Social Impact at Peloton
Previously, Victor worked as Chief of Staff supporting the CEO of the Harlem Children's Zone and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley

Madison Dawkins serves as a Project Manager for the Square One Project’s Reimagine Justice Locally Initiative
As an undergraduate, Madison founded a criminal justice organization, Beyond Arrests: Rethinking Systematic Oppression (BARS)

Madison holds a B.A. in Political Science and Africana Studies from the University of Pennsylvania

Phillip is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Class of 2018
Phillip sits on the associate board of The Hope Program and the junior board of the Riverside Hawks
Phillip currently works as a Climate and Sustainability Strategist at JP Morgan
Caeli Harr is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
As a former Student Athlete, Caeli was a member of The Boys & Girls Chapel Hill Chapter where she acted as the liaison between the UNC Athletic Department and the Boys & Girls Organization. She also earned the honor of being a Buckley Public Scholar
Caeli currently works as an Account Executive for Salesforce and was previously at Oracle within technology sales

Mark Bai is a proud first generation immigrant who has experienced first hand many of the challenges facing HTB students
He previously volunteered with Minds Matter of San Francisco, where he served as both a student mentor and VP of Recruiting
Professionally, Mark is a Partner with True Search, where he focuses on placing senior engineering, product management, and data science executives for the world’s most innovative technology companies
Mark holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Manhattan
