Zach is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Class of 2018.

Zach is a Recipient of the Congressional Award Silver Medal for service.

​

Zach currently works as a Private Equity Vice President at New Mountain Capital.

Justin has previously worked with several charitable organizations, such as the Youth Renewal Fund and the ACE Foundation.

Justin currently works as an investor at Point72.

Over the last 15 years, Jhae Thompson has provided strategic leadership and organizational vision, including leadership roles with Community Youth Advance, Horton’s Kids, Higher Achievement – Baltimore, and District of Columbia Public Schools.

​

Before working in the educational and nonprofit industries, Jhae spent five years working in corporate for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, Inc as a marketing professional supporting strategic sales and customer communication.

​

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Master of Arts from LaSalle University, and completed the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.

Tushar Khadloya is Managing Partner of Rock Capital Investments. He was previously a Principal at American Securities, and held investment positions at TPG Capital, Golden Gate Capital, and Cerberus Capital Management.

​

He has supported a variety of nonprofit causes over the years, particularly those involving education and youth, in the U.S. and abroad. He is an Associate Member of the Economic Club of New York, and has been involved in multiple corporate boards throughout his career in the healthcare, technology, and industrials sectors.

​

​Tushar holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Brown University.

Victor-Lawrence Boadum is a proud resident of Harlem

 

He was previously involved with several charitable organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership organization

 

Victor earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Victor is a Senior Manager of ESG - Social Impact at Peloton

 

Previously, Victor worked as Chief of Staff supporting the CEO of the Harlem Children's Zone and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley

Jordan is the Co-Head of Liquid Credit at Shenkman Capital. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.

Mark Bai is a proud first generation immigrant who has experienced first hand many of the challenges facing HTB students

 

He previously volunteered with Minds Matter of San Francisco, where he served as both a student mentor and VP of Recruiting

 

Professionally, Mark is a Partner with True Search, where he focuses on placing senior engineering, product management, and data science executives for the world’s most innovative technology companies

 

Mark holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Manhattan

Sushma Chennubhotla, MD, is a neurologist, with a specialty in headache medicine

 

She is a proud mom to two young children, and is passionate about youth causes

 

She holds a BA and MD from the University of Louisville, and she completed her residency training in Neurology at Case Western University Hospital. Sushma completed a Fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain at Stanford University
